Oracle MOOC: Introduction to NodeJS Using Oracle Cloud (2018) - Setup

The following is a setup checklist for the NodeJS Microservices for Oracle Cloud MOOC:

1. Install Database App Development VM Download and Install Pre-built Developer VM (virtual machine)
2. Start Oracle Virtual Box Manager and Import the Pre-built Developer VM
3. Open the NodeJS REPL
